The Roadrunner Club is opening its doors early this year! We heard your feedback that having a split pay option would be helpful, so we created one.
How The Split Pay Works
- Make a $250 donation between December 15, 2023 and February 1, 2024
- Make the final $250 donation between March 15, 2024 and May 1, 2024
- That’s it! Your RRC Membership for 2024-25 is now all set!
This split pay option is available to new members or anyone renewing.
You can donate online using our free-to-us platform, Zeffy. Or complete the paper form and return it to the school office with a check made out to I-35 Booster Club.
Membership Perks
As a way to say THANK YOU to all our Roadrunner Club members, each $500 donation receives:
- Two exclusive Roadrunner Club T-shirts (new design and/or shirt color each year with your annual donation)
- Name(s) displayed on the Membership Wall in the HS gym with the year you joined the club on display. It will say “Since 2024” for all new members and the renewal signs remain the same, with theirs saying “Since 2023”
- Name(s) printed in the new full-color sports programs
- Live in-game mentions at various home sporting events during the year
(Ex: 4-5 names are read aloud at the start/end of half-time)
These perks remain active with your annual $500 donation each year.
The Roadrunner Club History
The I-35 Booster Club & Interstate 35 Activities worked together to create The Roadrunner Club in Spring 2023. It aims to generate annual, ongoing funding for student activties vs. a one-time donation structure. The plan is I-35 extracurricular activities can transition to less and less individual activity fundraisers as The RRC grows. This streamlines donations and reduces the frequency of donation requests on the community.
Your Donation Makes an Impact
We have several large grant requests that we’d like to assist in funding. With sustainable, annual funding from The Roadrunner Club, we’ll be able to support our students involved in activities in a whole new way. And there always requests because technology advances, changing uniform trends, coach requests and more.
Empowering Today, Sustaining Tomorrow
You might be wondering why you’d donate if you students are only in elementary school. After all, they can’t participate in school-based activities yet. The short answer is that we are trying to empower our current students and secure sustainable funding for future middle school and high school extracurricular participants. This future belongs to your students.
By pooling the resources from our entire community – we can donate more right now and for years to come. That way when your future middle schooler, and then high schooler, is old enough to join in activities, they’ll be able to be part of teams or groups that are supplied, strong and successful (and have been for years) where they’ll get to make their own lifelong memories. Just as we are looking ahead on our facilities planning, we’re looking ahead on our funding support as well.
Have additional questions?
We understand. This is a brand-new donation program and there are bound to be questions. We’ve tried to answer all your questions in our FAQs section. If we missed yours, please email us at I35boostersponsor@gmail.com.
