All Sports Package – $3000 annually

Below is what your organization will receive by sponsoring at this level. We feel it’s the best value and offers a lot of audiance engagement for an affordable price.

  • Largest ad size offered. Ads are showcased in multi-page, full-color digital programs. These programs are regularly updated with photos, community news submissions, school announcements and more to be engaging to the public. These ads reach a wide geographic area as the Roadrunners host several major events a year.
  • Your logo printed on free-to-the-public handouts. These are produced for home contests for both high school and middle school events. This level gets the second-largest logo size.
  • Banner on display for home events, both digitally and outdoor for the entire academic year of competitions.
  • Named “Sponsor of the Week” once per season (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer).
  • Logo used whenever possible digitally. Ex: Booster Club website, social media banner, various newsletters, social media banners, ect.
  • 2 annual passes to home-sporting events
  • Live in-game mentions during most home contests for each sport each season – direct from the official mic!
  • Recognized as the supporting sponsor for one fan experience per year. First come; first choice. Example ideas: T-shirt toss to the crowd, rally towel give-a-way, photo bingo or others.
  • Logos added year-round on extra communications when and where possible.
  • Extra bonuses occasionally like: “This time-out brought to you by {Sponsor’s Name}.”

Seasonal Gold Level Package – $1200 annually

Below are the full details for our seasonal gold level sponsorship. This package will cover the sports within your selected season. For example: Fall Gold Sponsorship include Football, Volleyball and Cross Country.

  • Second-largest ad sized offered. Ads are showcased in multi-page, full-color digital programs. These programs are regularly updated with photos, community news submissions, school announcements and more to be engaging to the public. These ads reach a wide geographic area as the Roadrunners host several major events a year.
  • Your logo printed on free-to-the-public handouts. These are produced for home contests for both high school and middle school events. This level gets the second-largest logo size.
  • Live in-game mentions during most home contests for each sport each season – direct from the official mic!
  • Banner on display for home events, during your selected season. Digital, outdoor or both – depending on the season selected.
  • Named “Sponsor of the Week” once during your selected season.
  • Logo used whenever possible digitally. Ex: Booster Club website, social media banner, various newsletters, social media banners, ect.
  • 2 season passes

Seasonal Silver Level Package – $500 annually

Outlined below are the details of the seasonal silver level sponsorship. Like it’s gold level counterpart, it covers one season of your choice.

  • Company logo printed in free-to-the-public programs highlighting high school sports. These ads reach a wide geographic area as the Roadrunners host several major events a year.
  • Logo featured in the Sponsors section of the multi-page, full-color digital programs
  • Featured in a “Silver Sponsors” post once during your selected season.
  • Logo used whenever possible digitally. Ex: Booster Club website, social media banner, newsletter, digital middle school sports program, digital versions of the printed high school sport programs.

Outdoor Signage Package – $1200 annually

Some sponsors may only want venue signage. This package covers that option and the details explain where and how the banners will rotate based on the active season.

  • Two outdoor banners which will rotate locations based on the active outdoor sports season:
    • Fall: Banners placed on visitor side inside the stadium fence OR on the west fence facing the field
    • Spring: Banners placed on visitor side inside the stadium fence OR on the west fence facing the field
    • Summer: One banner on the inside baseball fence; one banner on the inside of softball fence.

Single Sport Sponsor Package – $850 annually

Your organization be all-in on a single sport. If so, this package is for you. Below are the details of what is included.

  • Second-largest ad sized offered. Ads are showcased in multi-page, full-color digital programs. These programs are regularly updated
  • Your logo printed on free-to-the-public handouts. These are produced for home contests for both high school and middle school events. This level gets the second-largest logo size.
  • One banner on display during home events for the sport.
