The Booster Club has been hard at work for the last three months complete revamping the sports sponsorship packages and offerings to make them more robust and valuable to our sponsors. These new packages for the 2023-2024 school year are now live!

Packages range from $500-$3000 a year. The top package supports Roadrunner athletics year-round and includes live in-game mentions and a fan give-a-way experience. We’ve also added full-color, free-to-the-pulic programs that will include information about the team, photos, stats, community information, The Roadrunner Club members and all of our sponsors!

As a welcome bonus, any organization that signs up by April 15th will also get summer 2023 Baseball and Softball free of charge. And we know jumping into a new sponsorship isn’t easy – so the first five All-Sports sponsors get another bonus – an extra fan give-a-way at a summer 2023 game as a thank you for working with us as an early adopter.

Sports Marketing Package Tiers

Below is a brief summary of the packages. View the complete sports sponsorship guide for more details. A comparison chart can be found on page 3 with further details on the following pages. Or if you’ve got a specific package already in mind – you can view that package’s complete details by clicking on the link in the bullet.

  • All Sports Sponsor – $3000 annually. This is our best value! This package reaches fans year-round because it covers all seasons and offers the most extensive representation with in game mentions and a fan experience. View All Sports Sponsor details here.
  • Single Season Gold Sponsor – $1200 annually. Select a season (Fall, Winter or Spring/Summer) and become a sponsor for all the sports within that season. Check out the Seasonal Gold Sponsor details here.
  • Single Season Silver Sponsor – $500 annually. Like with the gold sponsorship above, you pick a season. While you won’t have any on-site signage, you’re logo will be featured in the free full-color sports programs. Browse further details about the Silver package here.
  • Outdoor Signage – $1200 annually. We understand that some companies just want signage and aren’t interested in some of the elements of the sports packages. If that’s you – then this package is a great fit. Check out all of Outdoor Signage details here.
  • Single Sport Sponsor – $850 annually. Perhaps your organization is all in on a single sport. This package allows you to select your sport of choice and be featured at home events and in their program specifically. View the Single Sport Sponsor details here.

Banner and Ad Options

Many packages include ads and banners as a part of their offering. Your organization can design their own or simply select from one of our ready-made options. You can choose different designs for each banner and / or ad. Banners will be printed locally on a high-quality mesh banner to withstand Iowa weather. Outdoor banners will be removed for the winter months to improve their longevity. Ads will be printed in full color inside the sports program(s). They will also be available for any digital programs.

Full Color Sports Programs

New for 2023, the I-35 Booster Club aims to offer full color keepsake programs to be given away to fans and families who attend the athletic events. There will also be digital versions of these programs accessible via QR code on site or online. An example of the program covers for 2023 Baseball and 2023 Softball are below. As you can see, the design through 2024 will be coordinated to work well together – regardless of which program is being featured. Check out this draft sample of the program. Please note – we are still adding elements to the sample, along with additional edits to text or images. This is just to give our sponsors an idea of the types of information included in the program.

Any Sports sponsor who signs up by April 15th will receive the 2023 Baseball and Softball seasons free of charge! That means your community support will be recognized for an extra three months at no cost to you.

In-Game Mentions & Fan Experience Events

Fans make sporting events memorable. They inspire athletes with their cheers and support. They uplift after close games that slip away. Even their gate admission funds the athletic budget to pay for officials for each home event.

As a result – we find that sports sponsorships that engage with the live audience tend to bring more value and be more meaningful for all parties.

With the All Sports Package, you’ll receive one live in-game mention at least one home event per season, all year long. Beyond that – we’ll work with you to select from our promotional give-a-way products to be given away free to fans at a home event. Events and items are chosen on a first come, first serve basis in order of received payment.

Promotional items can include items like 100 Roadrunner rally towels given out to the first 100 fans who attend the game. It could also be 15 shirts tossed to the crowd at halftime or several other ideas. We’ve currated a list of budget-conscious items the Booster Club is willing to purchase that are included with your sponsorship. If available, we can discuss adding your organization’s logo or using other items where your organization pays the difference in cost.
